AUDREY COHEN DAVIS, ESQ.

Audrey Cohen-Davis serves as lead attorney of the real estate, municipal and government, and landlord-tenant practices at Newman Jones. She formerly served as City Attorney in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and at one time managed her own solo practice. 


Audrey began her legal career as a law clerk for a Philadelphia judge and later practiced at two Philadelphia firms. During Audrey’s thirteen years as City Attorney in Wyoming, she represented three mayors and multiple town councils, planning commissions, city boards, and city employees. 


Her areas of concentration span civil litigation, government law and ethics, public policy, employment law, land use and zoning, business and corporate law, and contractual law. 


Audrey sits on several boards, including the Jackson Hole Board of the Chamber of Commerce, the Children’s Learning Center Board, and the Teton County Access to Justice Program. She has served as State Chair for the International Municipal Lawyer’s Association and on the board of the Wyoming State Bar Local Government Section.
