Melissa D. Norton

Melissa Norton has over 25 years of legal experience in a variety of practice areas.  She specializes in Intellectual Property (patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets) and Litigation, but has provided complex support in Labor, Employment, Personal Injury, Fair Credit, and many other matters in the course of her career.  

Melissa takes pride in helping clients safeguard their ideas and brands in the marketplace, through the use of Intellectual Property.  She is fascinated with clients’ innovation, creativity, and unique experiences.

She holds a Degree in Law & Justice/Paralegal Studies from Central Washington University, and holds certifications from a number of domestic and foreign Intellectual Property Offices, including the USPTO, WIPO (PCT and Madrid Protocol), and the European Union.

In her downtime, Melissa loves working with her rescue dog and takes a variety of aerial fitness classes.
